William B. Feldmann, MD
William B. Feldmann, MD, is a Board Certified Internist and Pediatrician. He attended Cornell University and the State University of New York in Brooklyn. He did his residency at the University of Texas - Houston Medical School and stayed on an extra year there as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. He still enjoys teaching and often has medical students and nurse practioner students in the office.
While in Texas, Dr. Feldmann met his wife, Theresa. They have three children. He is known for his sense of humor, odd ties and love of baseball.

ShuWei Liu, MD
Dr. Liu received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New York University. She attended SUNY-Brooklyn College of Medicine where she was a recipient of the Hyman Merestein Graduation Award for Excellence in Family Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Liu has been practicing in New Hampshire for five years. She is a firm believer in patient empowerment through education and communication, two important ways in achieving quality patient care.
Dr. Liu lives with her husband and two children in New Hampshire. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, hiking, camping and traveling. She is fluent in Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese dialects.

Originally from Thailand, Dr. Ober completed her residency in Pediatrics at Berkshire Medical center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts and Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. She completed her fellowship in Neonatology
at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.
She has joined All Care Medical after being in private practice in North
Andover for 27 years. Her areas of focus are Newborn Medicine and teaching. She had given extensive preceptorship to several medical students and Nurse practitioner students in her office. Dr. Ober was also in charge of Pediatric
CME (Continuing Medical Education) for over 10 years at both Holy Family Hospital and Lawrence General Hospital.
She has been married for almost 30 years to her husband Dr. Andrew Ober, who is an allergist-immunologist. Her hobbies include crochet, gardening,
and cooking. She is a firm believer of “Going Green” and recycling.

Azar A. Korbey, MD
Dr. Korbey was born and raised in Methuen, MA. He attended St. Monica’s grammar school, Central Catholic High School, Georgetown University and then Georgetown University Medical School. Dr. Korbey received a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1975 and then a Master’s degree in Biology from Georgetown University in 1976 and received his MD from Georgetown in 1980. He then completed a three year residency in Family Practice at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Dayton, OH and then returned home in 1983 to begin his practice.
In addition to medicine, Dr. Korbey has a varied background in music, having played keyboard professionally throughout his life and he continues to serve on the advisory board of several major medical technology companies. He also has a significant background in computer programming and owns a medical software company that provides web site design and patient communication software to the medical profession and other businesses.
Dr. Korbey and his wife Marian, who also works with the practice an a registered nurse and laboratory director and tecnician, have been happily married for almost 35 years. They have a daughter, Samantha, who is a mezzo-soprano singing professional opera in New york City and a son, John, who is working towards his Master's Degree in counseling psychology.
